		<description>Blythe thank you for referring me to your podcasts. I started listening to the first ones and have found them to be so helpful and I will so my best to be an expert as you recommend. I found the insulin discussion very interesting and suspect that I was losing weigth best when working out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and then I was also using preplanned menus that used protwis and veggies as snacks. So I am going to test this theroy out once again and am sure I will be back on track</description>
