Have found your web page. My pal mentioned it to me before, yet never got around to checking it out until now. I must express, I’m floored. I really enjoyed reading through your posts and will absolutely be back to get more.

Express Weight Loss? No... as Dr. Ray and I discuss in podcast #7 "national weightloss registry" the BEST and LONG-TERM way to lose is to lose about 10% at a time and then maintain that new weight for 3 months or so. Go for the first 20lbs (it'll make a significant difference for you!!) You will feel great and look better, too!
Working out with a trainer and someone who can assist you with your nutrition may take out some guess work and time of figuring out just what to do.
Are you local to the Baltimore Area?

Hello! That is a great question... however, since every individual is different, i would recommend (as we do in our podcasts) that you have your Resting Metabolic Rate tested to get a baseline of how many calories your body needs to lose/maintain/gain weight. This gives us a great starting point!
Once we know that information, someone can help you with WHAT foods to eat :)
Hope this helps in your journey! Feel free to keep asking questions, if you are wondering, i am sure there are others out there with the same questions!
