It kills me to see people sweating and working hard on the treadmill or on that grueling stair stepper with half their body weight supported by their upper body! Who walks up stairs like that? Truthfully,l the people that may be holding on may not be ready for that exercise... slow down the pace or choose a different piece of equipment so you can just LET GO.
