Jose, i would not eat THAT many apples at one sitting. Its better to have a well rounded balanced meal of protein, fat and carbohydrates than just pure carbs and sugar from apples... ESPECIALLY before bed. try having some form of meat and veggies for a night time meal and maybe 1 apple throughout the day and 1 banana through the day... the variance is healthy and keeps you balanced! Fruit is good, but everything must be in moderation!
hope this helps :) Blythe

This is neat, I've been doing apples but I'm going to alternate with bananas, there're some things in your article that I can use and share.

Do you have an article related to apples?, is the any difference between red and green apples?.

At first sight, I can keep apples for a longer time in the refrigerator (instead of the frrezer) and carry then arround to work easily, also they're juicier.

I try to snack apples instead of a heavy meal at night... one, two or may be three. Any altrnatives that you can sugest?.
