I, too, love Quinoa. The first time I tried it was in the Andes in southern Peru. They served it for breakfast and I didn't care for it. It was kind of like a salty cross between oatmeal and cream of wheat, and the taste just wasn't what I was used to that early in the morning.

When I saw it in the store here I just had to get it and try it for a different meal. It often takes the place of rice in our meals, and I have a great quinoa salad that we enjoy. I'm excited to see you post about the benefits of quinoa. So many people I talk to have never heard of it.
