Baked Peach Strudel Oatmeal

 

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Quaker Oats
1 medium Peach
2 tbsp Fiber One Cereal (crushed)
1 tbsp Raisins
3 tbsp nonfat Cottage Cheese
2 tbsp Torani sf English Toffee syrup
2 tbsp liquid egg whites
1/8 tsp baking powder
1 cup water
dash salt
sugar substitute to taste

Directions:

Mix everything except for the cottage cheese in an oven proof bowl. Add dollops of cottage cheese throughout oatmeal. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes or until edges start to boil and pull from sides.
