2. 1/2 cup organic unsweetened applesauce
3. 1/2 cup nut butter (anything but peanut butter)
4. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
5. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
6. 1/4 blueberries (or some other berry)
7. grease with coconut oil
