Ok-getting ready to go downstairs and have a killer workout! From this past Saturday only 5 weeks!! for me- im feeling a sense of URGENCY!!

This my friends is why I compete!!! Not for the actual day-BUT THAT MISSING SOMETHING that puts a fire under my butt!! Everyone who competes reading this knows what im saying- for those who dont compete I can honestly say nothing and I mean NOTHING will motivate you more than knowing-committing-and having a date set to go onstage!!

After competing for almost 2 decades, getting onstage means so much more. ITS NOT FOR A TROPHY-not to look a certain way (tho huge benefit) its becuase it makes me feel good about myself and more importantly a tool to show my children discipline-restraint-commitment and goal setting!!

So off I go as motivated as I have even been in my career of competing-in any sport at any time-LIFE IS GOOD!
