I would like to suggest a podcast on maintenance plans. I know you are dedicated to helping people cut the fat…but your help has probably helped many (like myself) achieve those fat loss goals. I started back in January and have dropped about 16lbs from my body to go from 137lbs to 121lbs (5.5 frame). I've lost about 2 sizes in clothes and feel great. Your podcast has been a real help.

I'm now on my maintenance plan and would love some advice from my gurus. I'm sure there are others like me who have gotten there and would love to hears tips to help them stay there. Please consider this for a future podcast topic.
