Spicy Fish Kebab
This recipe works well with Halibut, but you can use any white fish you prefer. Makes about 6 skewers.
• 1 ½ lbs Fish
• 1pkg peeled baby carrots
• 2 small zucchini or yellow squash (halved length-wise and then cut into slices)
• 1 c. sugar snap peas (not frozen)
