White Chocolate Smoothie (low carbs!)

 

This is super simple with few ingredients but loaded with a yummy subtle flavor! A new Torani syrup!
Ingredients:
1 scoop TopForm Vanilla Protein Powder
3 tablespoons sugar-free Torani White Chocolate syrup
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
Sugar substitute to taste
Water/Ice
Directions:
Mix in blender to desired consistency. I like to add 2 T. liquid egg whites too to [...]
