2 slices Ezekiel Bread (low sodium is the absolute BEST)
1 whole egg and 1 white
dash of cinnamon
natural peanut butter
natural fruit spread or sugar free syrup or honey
Whip eggs and cinnamon in a med. bowl whilie pre-heating griddle.
Dip bread (both sides) into egg wash and place on griddle. Let cook until golden brown.
Top with natural peanut butter and natural fruit spread.
I often let the bread cool and make ‘peanut butter and jelly to go’ and eat as a meal!
