We teach an approach called “Nume Eating” that can incorporate the best of many diet programs. Third, we break weight loss into fours stages, and teach you exactly which strategies are most effective at each stage. Fourth, you have questions; you can ask them and we will answer you personally. Fifth, we teach you everything we know about fat loss from working with thousands of people.
Carbs and insulin are only one component of an effective weight loss strategy. We feel that our staged-approach to optimizing insulin and carbohydrate intake is the best and easiest approach.
